[Dixielandjazz] Abusing Song Titles

1) Henry Ford II (Henry the Duce) was an enthusiastic Dixieland fan.  
His favorite song was "Up The Lazy Liver" . At private parties he  
would often sing it, along with the band, drink in one hand, middle  
finger extended in the other.

2) And how about Fugabee as in "Fugabee With You An Hour Tonight."
