[Dixielandjazz] The Birth of Jazz?

I don't know if it was the same flute, but a similar one was discussed  
on a PBS special last week "The Music Instinct: Science and Song" - I  
got the program on my Tivo and have found it to be somewhat  
interesting so far. (doe, ray, me, la, and tea to go... ;-)
