I wouldn't dream of doing that, but I won't squawk if you'd like to take 
a whack at it. If you wish, I'll send the tune to you off list as an mp3.

Interestingly, my offer to send a FREE mp3 to any bandleader or DJ and a 
FREE dixieland arrangement to any DJML leader with a gig on 7/4 has 
produced only two requests for this hot dogs and firecrackers flag 
waver. Maybe contemporary leaders have come to think that the  whole 
damned country's gone socialist and no longer responds to patriotic 
themes since Obama started  dancing the limbo out front, and they may be 
right, but I sure as hell disagree.

Actually,   Jude, you might stir some Hearts of Oak with this tune  by 
substituting Our Kingdom Shines Brightly" for "America Shines Bright" 
and Our Banner for Old Glory in the lyrics
