We learn something new every day!
That 1960 Columbia LP must have come out during my Moldy Fig daze.
I can't recall it (although I now note that it was released in  
Australia at the time).
So have never heard it.
I've just googled and the CD reissue is well gone too.
I'll check with listmate/neighbour Adrian Ford.
He has all sorts of rare LPs in his collection.
