Also The WILLIAM RANSOM HOGAN JAZZ ARCHIVE newsletter Vol VI No. 1 (May, 
1991) had a slightly different excerpt of Gracyk's chapter, and a most 
interesting article JAZZ AND THE ITALIAN CONNECTION by Bruce Boyd Raeburn.

No discographies are listed there, but many interesting facts.
