linked over on the TubeNet forum:

Explore the sections on Sheet Music and Sound Recordings for lots of  
very handy information and links to "Free Music" sites. I have  
bookmarked it for my reference section ;-)

(I am not a lawyer nor publisher of any sort, but the information on  
the site looks pretty good to me!)
