Hi Norman --

Had a call from a film maker, name of Julie Zimmerman, from New York.  She
has made two jazz documentary films, one is about Birdland, and one is
specificially abut Peewee Marquette, who used to be the emcee at Birdland.

She is trying to locate him, all that she knows is that he is about 95 years
old, and lives in a retirement home somewhere in the south.  She wants to
show him her film, and will drive wherever she needs to in order to do so.
She also expressed interest in sharing her films with our membership at some
point if we are interested.

I will let her know that you will put the word out to your jazz interest
groups and see if anything turns up.
