Dear Bob,

As grandfather to ten grandchildren (ages from 9 to 27), I don't know 
whether to offer my congratulations or condolence. Apart from taking part in 
or being a spectator to their various activities, being a private chauffeur 
is probably the biggest part of the all-hours-of-the-day-and-night job of 
being a grandfather.

However, I'll take a chance, Bob, and offer my congratulations.
