Gee,
I've seen it reproduced in various places.  On the cover of "The Great
Jazz Revival" the patches are blue.
When you mentioned the similarity to Hitler, I had another look (I
happen to be a survivior of the extermination - a word I prefer to
"holocaust," as the latter obliterates its being a deliberate human
effort to exterminate us), and it seems to me that the lieness stems
more from the hairdo than the "moustache;" I agree with those who see
only a shadow over Lammi's face.
