Dear Bill:

Darned if I know why that occurs. Maybe Rhapsody doesn't like anyone  
else in the world except Americans. <grin> Or maybe something about  
copyrights?

They do offer that song and others on their site as 99 cent downloads.  
Maybe that has something to do with it. If they can't get payment from  
outside the USA, maybe they figure,  why should they let you listen.
