Glad my ears are still working - I thought it was Berigan ghosting for
Johnny.  Does Howard Smith ghost for both Smiley and the pianist in
Johnny's band, in addition to playing with the All-American band?  And
Haggart - for the bassist?  And, even if so, there still is the
question who ghosted for the clarinettist and the drummer, unless I
misunderstand some of your "offscreen's."
