[Dixielandjazz] Concert

Hello everybody,
Just back from a concert in a Natanya Young Israel sunagogue, with the
participation of listmate Elazar Brandt.  He played banjo, trumpet
(relieving the leader from time to time) and sang.  Very nice.  Inter
alia, he said that he "would like to sing a medley of seven al Jolson
songs, but knew only two," and proceeded with Toot Toot Tootsie and
California, Here I come.
At least I beat him to it this time - I simply live closer to Natanya
than he does!
