Loved the old Stuyvesant Casino on 2nd Avenue in NYC, and those $2.50 pitchers of cold beer, the crowd, and those great sets of jazz by the great ones, back in the mid 50's when in college. I heard that the building that housed the venue was torn down, and the site is now a public housing project.
