One thing to remember:  Filing for bankruptcy does not mean the company will go out of business.  When the companies merged they accrued a lot of debt.  Chapter 11 is one way to get that off their backs.

I just got a Sirius set from my son for Christmas.  I listen a lot to the '40s channel which at least has a fairly good percentage of MKOM and some OKOM.  I'm a fan of OTR, though, and they have a very good OTR channel.
