contact Mr Thomas Wiggins. He has been appointed Minister of  
Traditional Jazz Culture by the Government of Togo.

Don't worry about ASCAP, BMI or SEASAC. They have been outlawed by the  
Government and should any song police appear in that fair land, they  
will be shot on sight.
