Hi all,
Last month we here in the land of Muskoka, had the pleasure to see and hear the great Dick Hyman in concert.
He appeared at the Gravenhurst Opera House and presented "Dick Hyman's - Century of Jazz Piano"
The opera house in Gravenhurst is small and intimate. The concert was sold out.
After the concert, Dick came down into the basement, where people had gathered informally for some impromptu performances by local musicians. He stayed for a long while and I enjoyed talking to him.
