Miff Mole appears in the famous Art Kane 1958 photograph  "Great Day  
In Harlem", standing next to J.C. Higginbotham. And close to Gene  
Krupa, George Wettling, and Pee Wee Russell. Other OKOMers in that  
photo include Red Allen, Buster Bailey, Vic Dickenson, Roy Eldridge,  
Bud Freman, Tyree Glenn, Max Kaminsky, Marian McPartland, Zutty  
Singleton, Stuff Smith. Rex Stewart.

Many more non boppers, Swing, Big Band players etc.  "We" out numbered  
"them". <grin>
