[Dixielandjazz] Fw: Reginald Kell

The below message was posted to DJML.  I looked up the message in the DJML archives.  It was written by Charlie Hooks.  Unfortunately Charlie passed away shortly after writing that post.  

Can anyone help this gentleman?  I don't think he is subscribed to DJML so please write to him direct.
