Dear Hal,
My files do not shown any Miff Mole/Andy Secrest recordings during the
1940s (or at any other time).
If you discount Miff's time with the Paul Whiteman orch and the
recordings with Whiteman's Bouncing Brass and Swing Wing alongside
Charle Teagarden, the following are the only candidates from 1940s
studio sessions I could find:
Yank Lawson, Muggsy Spanier, Max Kaminsky, Bobby Hackett, Hot Lips
Page, [there were no studio records while he was with Benny Goodman in
1943], Yank Lawson and Sterling Bose.
Very kind regards,
Bill.
