Jack et al,
If you want to replace cracked jewel boxes, remember that you can always purchase them empty.
We did this when touring Hungary. We took the booklets, CDs and cards with us and bought the jewel cases there. They were very inexpensive.
Some foreign bands do the same thing here when traveling to the US.
It is very easy to take apart a jewel case and put the card, etc in. You just have to be very careful not to break it.
