The publication date of that review was April 1, 2008. If you click on the little green icon with its thumbs in its ears and tongue sticking out, you'll find that there is a reason for that review appearing on that date.

supposed finding of a tune recorded by Buddy Bolden in 1903 and
discovered in 2008? See the below site for the claim and release of
his recording by Smithsonian Folkways recordings.
