That's the way to do it, folks.  Reach out there where public is.  You
will be surprised how many young people, who would not attend a trad
jazz festival actually like traditional jazz.
Just remember - in the twenties, thirties and forties of the last
century jazz was played for dancers, mostly young (but gradually older
and older), some of whom became fans.
That way you'll be able to forget about your public dying out.
