I just found a large archive of lead sheets on a European website, http://www.jazzsongbook.com/html/profile.htm It includes at least some of the Anderson Collection. Their example is an exact copy of Anderson's "Fascinating Rhythm", p. 77. For 2 tunes, they charge $5 or 5 Euros. For 12 tunes, they charge $20 or 20 Euros.
