Thanks Bob, I just listened to it on Rhapsody to refresh my memory.  
Sinatra's comments after the first sexy sax fill are:

"You want to meet Monday we'll pick out the furniture?"

He chuckles and the audience laughs with him after the above and along  
with him during the following after some more lyric and some more sexy  
sax fill:

"There you go again"

"Now wait a minute"

I suspect the sax player started to laugh too, as Sinatra says:

"Bite, bite, bite, bite"

IMO a wonderful performance and what musical humor is all about. For

A wonderful "live audience" recording. We usually don't hear this kind  
of interplay in studio. Those of us who were fortunate enough to see  
Sinatra  in live performance no doubt know how well he connected to  
both the band, and the audience.
