Shalom Jazz Fans,

I've been quiet for several months, but for a good reason. I got married!

My bride is a lovely Dutch gal named Krina who has been living in Jerusalem
for 20 years. We got married August 26 in Apeldoorn, Holland, and are now
back in Jerusalem, but not for long. We leave October 22 for 4 weeks in the
US to visit family, tour a little (it's Krina's first trip to America), and
see what kind of musical damage we can do. Our itinerary, roughly, is:

Oct 23 - 27, Ft Lauderdale, FL
Oct 27 - Nov 6, LA
Nov 7 - 9, Las Vegas
Nov 10 - 16, Philadelphia and NYC

We would be glad to meet up with DJMLers in our path as time permits, and
we'd love to hear and/or play some good trad-jazz. Will be off list again
while on the road, but will be able to receive emails at my regular address.

After the US trip we'll be back to live in Jerusalem for the duration. We'd
also be happy to welcome DJML visitors to Israel, to point you to some good
music, possible opportunities to play, and we've even been known to give
tours of Jerusalem. Krina is a tour guide and I am an experienced teacher of
Bible and Jewish history and literature.

We've posted some pix from our wedding at:

Hope to see some of you here or there.

Blessings from Israel,

Elazar and Krina
