Hello Art,
Did you know that there is a German band under the name "Barrelhouse
Jazz Band?"  With Reimer von Essen on reeds, it has long been among
the very best in the business anywhere in the world!  And Reimer von
Essen is among the best clarinet players (he plays the alto sax as
well, and perhaps other saxes, too).

The band visited Israel twice.  Strangely enough, the first time it
was more of a swing band, the second - traditional.
