I was curious about the boat in the clip.  Found this in the comments  
section:
 
"This wasn't filmed in New Orleans. This was filmed at Disneyland and is  
from "Disneyland After Dark" which first aired in April, 1962. The Louis  
segment 
was filmed on September 30, 1961. "
