According to the Urban legends site
http://www.snopes.com/politics/business/cell411.asp. The business with the
Cell Phones is an FALSE.  Go to the site. Click on Cell Phone Legends and
read about it.

Telemarketers will NOT have access to the new Cell Phone Directory being
started and IT IS ILLEGAL for them to use it.  Some may anyway, I suppose,
as usual.  Report them if you do get calls.
