Not specifically OKOM, but specifically about the Creative Processes  
in Jazz. Below website is a long interview by the folks at "All About  
Jazz" with David Liebman and Jim Ridl. It really gets into the  
complexity that is jazz. Fascinating IMO, but not everyone's cup of  
tea so prepare to delete if you go there and get bored.
