Tom Wiggins just called me, and the trumpet player who was supposed to play with his band at a 5 day fair/gig in S. Calif. just bailed out on him...he desperately needs a trad jazz trumpet player who can do a good paying 5 day gig with St. Gabriel's Celestial Brass Band...preferably one who lives there...downbeat is 1;30 this afternoon...Wednesday.
