[Dixielandjazz] [australian-dance-bands] Scott Yanow's "The Jazz Singers" (press release)

On rereading this email I note that the "profiles" in this book are on only 
the "top 521 jazz singers." The inference is that there must have been quite 
a few more. I wonder how and by whom this rating was made. Cheers.
