		Just finished looking at Microsoft Internet Explorer's
list of the best 15 worldwide city's music fests - sad to report that
Sacto's Jubilee didn't make the cut.  All genres of music were included.
N.O.'s French Quarter Fest was the one OKOM fest to make the list.
Microsoft did manage to plug at least one in Seattle.  Our music and
musicians just aren't appreciated.
