[Dixielandjazz] Dallas Blues lyrics

The 1st line lyrics (chorus) to Dallas Blues that I've heard and can
find are "I've Got the Dallas Blues and the Main Street heart
disease". 

A few local musician says he's heard recordings that give the line
as "I've Got the Dallas Blues and the Main Street's hard to see". 

Has anyone else heard that lyric for Dallas Blues?
