[Dixielandjazz] Who wrote "Give It Up"?

I have a recording of "Give It Up" by a Dr. Michael White and his band.  
I suspect it is NOT the tune we are discussing here. It has a second 
name Gypsy Second Line. 

I recall seeing a picture of  Dr. White looking a what was left of his 
music and instruments after Katrina. 

This one is apparently a tune played by current  New Orleans Street 
Brass bands.  Dr White plays clarinet and has Nicholas Payton on trumpet 
and Steve Pistorious on piano.  He does have a Lucien Barbarin on 
trombone, the rest of the names I don't recognize.  It is an infectious 
tune, better than most N O street band tunes I've heard.
