Located in the popular Quarry Ponds Town Center in Granite Bay, Toast
Restaurant is home to a talented and inspired chef ­ Marty Carlton, formerly
of Cascades in Roseville ­ who cooks up amazing meals with a seasonal and
regional focus.

Wednesday through Saturday evenings, locals and visitors can enjoy a unique
and extraordinary dining experience. A wonderful meal accompanied by live
acoustic music in front
of a majestic pond-front setting.

Some mouth-watering menu items and Toast Restaurant highlights include the
following dinner specials: prime rib, filet mignon, grilled salmon, halibut
with fresh artichoke ravioli; smoked salmon with greens; Caesar salad; bread
pudding; specialty coffees and desserts, and a quality (but well-priced)
wine list.

>From I-80 or Hazel, go east, towards Folsom Lake on Douglas.  For you old
timers, Douglas used to be named Rocky Ridge Road.

>From Hazel and Douglas, go two miles east to the Quarry Ponds Shopping
Center on the right at 5550 Douglas. It comes up right
after a much smaller and older strip mall that is also on the right.

TOAST is right in the very middle of the center.
