[Dixielandjazz] OKOM in Wash DC

I have not heard the other bands, but both the Federal Commission and
Brooks Tegler are well worth hearing.  To these jaded ears, Tegler has
an edge, if you like swing (definitely not Dixieland, but swinging
like mad, and Mr. Tegler has a wonderful sense of humour).
