Dear Bob,
Nice Al Grey story.
In the late 1970s (memory now clouded over) the charming bluesman, 
pianist/singer Little Brother Montgomery, made a jazz tour of eastern 
Australia.
One of his stipulations was that he have a six pack of his favourite 
beer, Heineken, at the piano.
What he didn't know was, that at that time, Australia imported the 
original full strength version from Holland.
Unfortunately, Little Brother was more familiar with the low-alcohol 
American product.
You guessed it.
He didn't appear after interval on his first outing here in Sydney.
