I think that bands should be run like any other trade or business. A carpenter or electrician wouldn't work for exposure or
just to pass his business cards out. He would do his job to the best of his ability and be paid well for his work. It should
be the same with musicians.
At the same point, what we do as musicians affect other musicians. We always need to keep that in mind in all our
business dealings. if you're one of these guys who like likes to play for free, you need to think about how your actions
affects the livelihood of other musicians who want to be paid for their work.
