The tune, "You're All I Want For Christmas," a waltz, was reworked by Kid Thomas Valentine as "Algiers Strut." Santa Claus Is Coming to Town works nicely in Dixieland format but is not a tune that mentions Snow, so really neither of the above fit the criteria I think.
