The Lester Levy collection has this tune. An examination of the copyright 
dates shows an original date of 1910 and a revision date of 1922. Therefore, 
the tune should be in the public domain, and you should be free to use your 
own arrangement without paying a royalty. Of course it would be polite to 
credit the composer Sheldon Brooks. The publisher was Will Rossiter.

I am sending you a copy of the PDF from the Levy collection off-list (it's 
almost 8MB).
