Further to my email, sent early today, to Phil Wilking:

Dear Phil,
In my reply I said:
"The case was dismissed in Oct 1917. In the meantime the ODJB had 
recorded for Aeolian in July, August, September and November 1917."
Oooops.
I omitted the two sides recorded for Columbia on 31 May 1917.
I'll bet my mate Steve Barbone noted my inadvertent lapse.
