Dear Bob,
I certainly do.
He kindly sent me a dedicated copy of his entertaining little book, 
'Shakey & me' (2001. Paloria Press).
I suppose that we downunder will have to wait till this time next year 
for the Ken Burns' series to hit our TV screens.
