[Dixielandjazz] Black Rage Jazz (was List of Tenor Sax Players)

I found the content interesting and not off-topic if you consider how often  
this list muses about the history of jazz, what happened to the sounds, 
styles,  many of us say we prefer, etc.  So thanks for the on-list posting.
If an off-topic sentence can be tolerated, I chose to use the book in  psych 
nursing classes I was teaching at the time in a  politically forcibly 
integrated nursing school.
