Dave,

it's definitely a parody chorus to "Old Grey Bonnet".  I've heard it sung as 
a second chorus to the tune.  By whom, I can't tell you anymore, it's been 
too long.

maybe it's just something that was done by someone specific, then someone 
heard it and copied it.  I don't even remember if the lyrics are especially 
funny, but I'd like to figure it out.

Don't spend much more time on it!
