[Dixielandjazz] Problem at wedding gig

Elizar - have you ever thought of using a megaphone for vocals. Very LO
Tech but they work. (short for no electric needed ) That was the standard
until about 1935 or so and you can have your name put down the side just to
let it set there as a sign for you. They used to put them on stands too.
They are available in 13" to 3 ft at cheer leading supply places. Rudee
Valee used to use one.

There would be some novelty factor if you used them too and because they are
so different, today, people would look at them so they might be a good
advertising gimmick. I have thought about it a lot but handling one and
then putting it down to play might be a drag but I might just get one of
those over the ear wireless mikes and use a megaphone just for show. Paint
it white and have my name put on it in collegiate lettering style.
