[Dixielandjazz] John Petters Swing Band - Sing Sing Sing on WSGE this afternoon

Greetings folks,

Two weeks ago I recorded a new Swing CD with a band of young musicians - 
James Evans, clarinet & saces, David Blenkhorn from Australia on 
electric guitar, Charles Condy, piano and heather Birt, bass. We did a 
small band arrangement of Sing Sing Sing, which worked rather well.

During a long contact with Roger Burt, N4ZC, via Amateur Radio on the 17 
Metre band, he told me he has presenting a big band show from Charlotte, 
NC for 27 years.

I sent sent him an MP3 of the rough mix of Sing Sing Sing and he will be 
playing it on the show which is on air between 18:00 and 22:00 GMT. tThe 
track should go out around 20:50.

Nice to get airplay across the pond on a CD which has not even been 
released yet.
