[Dixielandjazz] Dixieland FB V. 1 BASS CLEF & Eb editions

Hi all. Frank Mesich (trombone & co-leader Buck Creek JB) has finished the
*Bass Clef* and *Eb* versions of my "Dixieland Fake Book Vol. 1".

I have to add stuff like the indexes, get 'em printed, but presumably
they'll be in stock in ca. 2-3 weeks.
