Just plain ol' American dialect, I suspect. You and I might say, I am really
worn out. This says, "I am plumb wore out." :-)

Worn Out Out Blues' on the Red Hot Jazz web site it is listed as Wore Out
Blues, my common sense says this is a typing errror, or is it, does anybody
know?
