Re Humphrey Lyttelton's (note spelling) address.
Don't bother - he doesn't answer letters or emails.
I acquired a number of his CDs for broadcast and wrote to ask for permission
to air them.
He has not responded.
A musician mutual friend posed the same question for me.
He still has not responded.
