[Dixielandjazz] What A Surprise!

A little googling must be a dangerous thing.  I'm pretty sure there is a
modern Jazz trombonist named George Lewis.  If he is the one I'm thinking
of, I saw him in the 1970s.  He used to do percussive sounds with the
mouthpiece and was definitely not an OKOM player.
